The service tech that visited us was on time, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. He quietly and patiently went through the process of breaking down and explaining the diagnosis of the issue we were having with our GE washing machine (note of caution: GE front loading washing machine was nothing but problems!). Although we couldn't resolve the issue we recommend anyone out there looking for a fair, decent, and professional team to help with their appliances.

Mark was great! My garage refrigerator died and he was able to save me $150.00 by fixing the fan instead of replacing the whole fan unit. I highly recommend using him for any appliance work you may need. He was prompt and fair with his prices.

The repair on my washer was done very quickly and efficiently and the serviceman explained everything in detail. I was so pleased with the quality of the work I called later for service on my refrigerator. Again, the efficiency, quality and professionalism of the work was above what I had received in the past from other service companies. I highly recommend Mark Appliance Repair.

We came home from vacation and our dryer quit working half way through all the dirty clothes. Mark came out to our house in less than 24 hours! He was neat, clean, quick to diagnose our problem, and reasonably priced! We were back to drying clothes in no time. I would recommend him and use him again. Excellent, prompt and sincere!
